ADMISSION PROCESS AND POLICY
ADMISSIONS OPEN- 2019-20.
AGE CRITERIA
Nursery: Minimum Age is 3+ as on 31.03.2019
KG: Minimum Age is 4+ as on 31.03.2019
Class 1: Minimum Age is 5+ on 31.03.2019
KG: Minimum Age is 4+ as on 31.03.2019
Class 1: Minimum Age is 5+ on 31.03.2019
ADMISSION PROCESS
Registration for Admission: Collection of the Application Form from the school office.
* Submission of the duly filled Application Form with necessary documents as detailed in Application Form within the stipulated time period to the school office. A sample of the Application Form is enclosed for the reference of the parents.
On Grant of Admission: Completion of Admission formalities including payment of fee within the given period. Eligibility of the child for admission to the school will depend upon the written test.
ADMISSION POLICY
For the benefit of Parents, the valid registrations shall be invited to Pre Admission counseling in the form of a presentation followed by an interaction with the Principal.
The purpose of the presentation and interaction with the parents is to share the vision, mission and philosophy of the school and define expectations of each other.
Complete academic transcripts of the previous class of the student must accompany the application form (except for admission to Nursery).
Admission is being granted on first come serve basis, till the availability of seats.
List of supporting documents to be submitted
Age:- Original Copy of Birth Certificate issued by relevant Govt. authority OR Notarized copy of Birth Certificate.
Address Proof:- Any one proof of residential address i.e Adhaar card /Election card/Valid Passport/ Latest paid Electricity bill/ Registered lease deed or Rent Agreement.
Photograph :- Passport Size photograph : 4
Transfer Certificate:- Original Transfer Certificate of the school last attended.
Marksheet/Report Card:- Mark sheet/Report card of the previous year(Applicable for admission in class I onwards)
Note:-
(1)Final admission is subject to verification of the above documents to be produced in original. Photocopies shall not be accepted at the time of admission.
(2) If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false, the applicant shall be automatically barred from the selection process without any correspondence in this regard.
(3) The school reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visits.
